What should I do when someone dies?
The first steps depend on whether the death happened at home, in hospital, in a care home or unexpectedly. Call our team at any time and we will explain who needs to be contacted and when your loved one can be brought into our care.
Can your packages be used for burial?
Yes. Our attended funeral packages can be used for either cremation or burial. The relevant crematorium, cemetery, grave, church or place of worship fees are added according to the arrangements chosen.
Can we visit our loved one?
Yes. We have private Chapels of Rest at Willenhall, Brownhills, Oxley and Hednesford. Visits are arranged by appointment so the chapel can be prepared and your family can have privacy.
Are you available during the night?
Yes. Our telephone support lines are answered 24 hours a day for immediate guidance when someone has died. Branch offices are open during their published weekday hours.
