• An appointment with one of our Personal Funeral Advisors
• Completion of legal cremation paperwork
• Care of your loved one in our professional facilities
• Preparation and dressing your loved one in their own clothes
• The coffin of choice as detailed in your paperwork or plan
  
• Viewing in our Private Chapel of Rest during office hours
• Provision of the funeral vehicles detailed in your plan
  

These items are not covered for free and will need to be paid

• Payment of the disbursement allowance detailed in your plan
• Interest that would have matured if the plan was active
• Shortfall in plan allowance for third party costs
• The set up costs for a new funeral plan
• Any alterations to the original plan
